Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Google account and Google Drive information EZ Measure Pro accesses, why the shop app uses it, and how you can disconnect Google or delete job files. The current version is always at https://ezmeasure.pro/privacy.
Who we are
EZ Measure Pro is a cabinet measuring and shop-production app used by Better Cabinets and Bath in Rockledge, Florida, and by shop staff who work on those jobs. It turns field measurements into door, drawer, and cabinet production sizes. Each job is a JSON file the shop opens and saves.
Better Cabinets and Bath operates the app. The same site is served at https://ezmeasure.pro/, at the shop alias https://ezmeasure.better-cabinets.com, and at https://ez-measure-pro.pages.dev. This policy covers all of those hostnames. The app is a shop tool. It is not directed at children.
Google Sign-In
When you choose Sign in to Drive, EZ Measure Pro uses Google Identity Services (Google Sign-In) so a shop Google account can open and save job files. We do not receive or store your Google password.
We ask Google for two permissions:

Email address (
userinfo.email), so the app can show which Google account is signed in. -
Google Drive
(
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive, so the app can list, open, save, and delete job files in the shop’s shared Drive folder.
We do not ask for Gmail, Google Contacts, Calendar, your profile photo, or a Google profile name. We do not use Google user data for advertising.
Google user data we access
Google account email
We read the email address of the Google account you sign in with and show it in the app so shop staff can see which account is connected. We do not use that email to send marketing.
Drive files you open or save
Job files are JSON documents stored in the shop Google Shared Drive, in the Jobs → EZ Measure folder. A job file contains what you type into EZ Measure Pro: customer name, job number, room and opening sizes, door and drawer specs, and shop production notes.
With Drive access, the app:
- lists job files in that shop EZ Measure folder
- downloads a job file when you open it
- creates or updates the job JSON when you save to Drive
- moves a job file to Google Drive trash when you delete that job in the app
EZ Measure Pro is not used to scrape, index, copy, or analyze unrelated files in Google Drive. We do not read personal photos, mail, or other documents for any purpose outside this shop job-file workflow and the Shop Board update below.
Shop Board spreadsheet
The same Google sign-in can read the shop’s Shop Board Google Sheet (the Finish tab) to find the row for a job, then write that row’s finish-color cell when someone checks in a door color. The update stays on the shop spreadsheet. We do not copy that spreadsheet to our own servers, and we do not read unrelated Google Sheets.
How we use it
Google user data is used only to run the shop’s measuring and production workflow:
- show which Google account is signed in
- open, save, list, and delete job files in the shop EZ Measure Drive folder
- read the shop Shop Board Finish tab far enough to find a job, then write that job’s finish color during door check-in
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for ads, advertising profiles, or to train general-purpose models. We do not transfer it to data brokers.
EZ Measure Pro’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage
There is no EZ Measure Pro application server that stores your Google account or your job files.
- The job you are working on, and a short-lived Google access token (about one hour), are stored in this browser on the device you are using. The token is not written into the job file.
- Job files you save are stored in the shop’s Google Drive folder (Shared Drive → Jobs → EZ Measure), under the Google account’s access to that folder.
- The website is a static site on Cloudflare Pages. The browser talks to Google’s APIs directly. We do not keep a backend database of Google tokens or Drive file contents.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade Google user data. We do not share it with advertisers.
Job files saved to the shop Shared Drive are available to other people who already have access to that folder — other Better Cabinets and Bath shop users opening the same job. That shared folder is the reason the app uses Drive.
Google receives the sign-in, Drive, and Sheets requests because those are Google services. Google’s handling of that data is covered by Google’s own policies. We do not pass Google user data to any other third party.
Retention
- The Google access token in the browser expires after about an hour. It is removed when it expires or when you clear this site’s data in the browser.
- A job kept only on the device stays in that browser until you replace it or clear site data.
- Job files in Google Drive stay in the shop folder until someone deletes them in EZ Measure Pro (they move to Drive trash) or deletes them in Google Drive. Drive trash follows Google’s own retention.
- We do not keep a separate copy of your Google email or Drive files on our own servers.
Your choices
Disconnect Google
Remove EZ Measure Pro’s access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can also clear site data for ezmeasure.pro (or the hostname you use) in your browser. That removes the job copy stored on the device and the cached Google token. Use Switch account in the app to sign in with a different Google account. After you disconnect, the app cannot open or save Drive files until someone signs in again.
Delete Drive files
On the Jobs list, Delete job moves that job file to Google Drive trash. It disappears from the app’s job list and can still be restored from Drive trash until Google removes it. You can also delete the file yourself in Google Drive.

Changes
If the app’s use of Google data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of EZ Measure Pro after an update means the current policy on https://ezmeasure.pro/privacy applies.
